In Continuation to our Letter dated January 22, 2025, Company had issued Postal Ballot Notice dated January 21, 2025 pursuant to the provisions of Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 for seeking the approval of the Members of the Company, by way of Ordinary Resolution.
