The re-appointment of Mr. Aditya Xavier as the Whole-time Director of the Company subject to the approval of shareholders through postal ballot. 4. The Board reviewed and approved the revised Draft Notice of Postal Ballot to seek the necessary approval of the members for the aforesaid transactions, together with the additional transactions approved by the Board at its meeting held on November 14, 2025.
