Healthcare Services company Vijaya Diagnostic Centre announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations for Q4FY26 was Rs 2,193.8 million, representing a YoY growth of 26.6% compared to Rs 1,732.4 million in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, Revenue from Operations reached Rs 8,142.0 million, an increase of 19.5% YoY from Rs 6,813.9 million in FY25. EBITDA for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 955.2 million, showing a growth of 38.7% YoY over Rs 688.6 million in Q4FY25. Annual EBITDA for FY26 was Rs 3,369.4 million, reflecting a YoY increase of 23.3% from Rs 2,732.2 million. The EBITDA margin for Q4FY26 improved to 43.5% from 39.8% in Q4FY25, while the annual EBITDA margin for FY26 stood at 41.4%. Profit after Tax (PAT) for Q4FY26 was Rs 479.3 million, growing by 37.5% YoY from Rs 348.6 million. For the full year FY26, Profit after Tax (PAT) was Rs 1,729.8 million, representing a growth of 20.3% YoY compared to Rs 1,437.9 million in FY25. The PAT margin for Q4FY26 was 21.8% compared to 20.1% in Q4FY25. Business Highlights Operational Performance: Total tests conducted in Q4FY26 reached 4.49 million, an 18.5% YoY growth. For the full year FY26, total tests were 16.92 million. Footfall: Total footfall for Q4FY26 grew 15.8% YoY to 1.21 million. Annual footfall for FY26 stood at 4.68 million. Realization: Average realization per footfall reached Rs 1,808 in Q4FY26, representing a 9.3% YoY increase. Average realization per test for the quarter was Rs 488. Segment Performance: Growth was broad-based, driven by strong momentum in both pathology and radiology segments. Wellness Share: The wellness segment's share of revenue stood at 15.6% in Q4FY26 compared to 15.0% in Q4FY25. Strategic Expansion: The company reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue of Rs 219 crore in Q4FY26. Hub Performance: The Khammam and Nandyal hubs achieved break-even within two quarters of operation. The Ambegaon hub in Pune achieved break-even within one year of launch. Network Growth: The company's network of centres has doubled over the last five years. As of FY26, the operational network spans 160+ diagnostic centres and 30 reference laboratories across 27 cities and towns. Future Outlook: For FY27, the company intends to add 4–5 hubs and 10–12 spokes. It is also setting up a fully automated laboratory with track infrastructure at Panjagutta, Hyderabad. Technology Initiatives: Vijaya is actively deploying AI-led solutions to improve diagnostic accuracy and workflow efficiency, currently across urology and dental diagnostics. EBITDA margins also remained ahead of our 40% guidance, reflecting disciplined execution. Over the same period, our network of centres doubled. Q4FY26 was particularly strong, with Vijaya reporting its highest-ever quarterly revenue of Rs 219 crore. Revenue grew ~26.5% YoY, supported by ~18.5% volume growth across the network. Growth was broad-based, driven by strong momentum in both pathology and radiology segments, supported by network expansion and improving brand acceptance in newer markets. Our expansion strategy continues to deliver encouraging outcomes.
