In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 1, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2023 ("Results"). The date of the Board meeting of the Company for declaration of Results will be intimated in due course.
