HINDUSTHAN NATIONAL GLASS & INDUSTRIES LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/11/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, kindly be informed that a meeting of the Resolution Professional and the Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 11th day of November, 2024, through Video Conferencing facility, inter-alia to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September, 2024. Further as per the Company's Code of Conduct framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and with reference to our notice dated 25th September, 2024 of Closure of Trading Window, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from 1st October, 2024 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results i.e. up to 13th November, 2024 (both days inclusive).
