During the previous few days including today, it has been observed that there is a sudden spurt in the volume and share price of the company i.e. Tiaan Consumer Limited. We wish to inform all the stakeholders that as on date, there is no material information about the Company which warrants disclosure and attracts price movement. All the disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the 'Listing Regulations'''') has already been submitted to the Stock Exchange and is available in public domain. Hence, all the investors are requested to take note of this while dealing with the company's scrip and also please be aware that there is no abnormal development which attracts sharp increase in price or volume of stock.
