We are to inform that the Trading Window shall remain closed with effect from 1st July, 2024 for all designated persons pursuant to SEBI(PIT)(Amendment) Regulations, 2018. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ending on 30th June, 2024 to the Stock Exchanges after its approval by the Board of Directors in the Board Meeting.
