Further, as intimated vide our letter dated 29th March, 2023, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, was closed with effect from 1st April, 2023 until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2023. Accordingly, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall now re-open on 1st June, 2023.
