Mauria Udyog Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Update on board meeting-To consider proposal for raising of funds through issuance of equity shares or any other equity linked instruments or securities including warrants entitling the warrant holder to apply for equity shares/ or any other eligible securities through inter-alia a private placement or through one or more Qualified institutions Placement or further public issue of debt or equity securities/preferential issue or a right issue or through any other permissible mode and or combination thereof as may be considered appropriate in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VI of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosures Requirements) Reg, 2018 as amended and other applicable laws, in one or more of the tranches for an aggregate amount up to INR 150/- crores (Rupees One Hundred & Fifty Crores) subject to approval of members of the Company or through postal ballot and further subject to such other permissions, sanctions and statutory approvals as may be required
