Pursuant to Regulation 32(1) of the Securities and exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the Company hereby confirms that it raised no funds through Public Issues, Right Issues, QIPs, etc., during the Quarter ended 31 March 2024. Hence, the Statement of Deviation or Variation in Public Issue, Rights Issue, Preferential Issue, etc., under Regulation 32(1) of SEBI ( Listing Obligations Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter ended on 31st March 2024 is not applicable to the Company.
