I have examined all Share Transfer Deeds, Memorandum of Transfers, Registers, files and other documents relating to Captain Pipes Limited maintained by Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd. (RTA) pertaining to transfer of Equity Shares of the Company for the period from 1st April , 2019 to 30th September, 2019 for the purpose of issuing a Certificate as per regulation 40(9) Of SEBI LODR, 2015 and based on the information provided by the Company, I hereby certify that no requests were received for registration of transfer, sub-division, consolidation, renewal and split in respect of shares held in physical mode (all shares are in demat), during half year ended on 30th September, 2019
