In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, we wish to inform that, the Board of Directors of the Company today i.e. 15th September, 2022 has approved the conversion of 150000 fully paid warrants and issued & allotted 150000 (One lakh Fifty Thousand) Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to Mrs. Bhartiben Hiteshbhai Gaudani (1,00,000 equity shares against 1,00,000 warrants) and Mr. Kirtan vithalbhai Dobariya (50,000 equity shares against 50,000 warrants) at an issue price of Rs. 67.00/- per share on preferential basis in accordance with SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.
