Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

We further wish to inform you that the Board of Directors has recommended to the Members a dividend of Rs. 8.75/- per equity share on 1,10,05,630 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each which will be paid on or after 6th August, 2018 subject to the approval of the Members. In the previous year (2016-17), the Company had paid interim dividend of Rs. 11.50/- per equity share which was considered as the final dividend.
