Trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Persons/Connected Persons of the company from Wednesday, 01st January, 2025 upto 48 hours after the disclosure of the Un-audited financial results of the company for the quarter ended 31st December 2024 to the stock exchange. The date of the Board meeting for the declaration of the un- audited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2024 will be intimated in due course.
