Intimation pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Joint Commissioner CGST has confirmed a demand of Rs. 6,51,09,802 and imposed an equivalent penalty of Rs. 6,51,09,802 on the Company in relation to interpretational issues viz., rate of GST leviable on supply of Kulcha and chocofill Bun. The Company will file an appeal in relation to the same.
