Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024; 2. Re-appointment of M/s. Manish Ghia & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries (COP: 3531) as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25.; 3. Pursuant to latest amendments in the provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, required policies have been amended, approved & adopted.
