This is to inform you that in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, ("PIT Regulations") and as per the Company''s "Code of Conduct', the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors/officers/Designated Persons and their immediate relatives as defined under the PIT Regulations and the said code, from Saturday, January 01, 2022 till the expiry of 48 (forty eight) hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2021. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company inter alia, to approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2021 will be intimated in due course.
