The Company has received an intimation from Deepak Vegpro Private Limited, member of promoter group of the Company regarding submission of Report with SEBI for exemption under Regulation 10(1)(a)(ii) of the SEBI SAST Takeover Regulations w.r.t. acquisition of 1500 equity shares (constituting 0.469% of the paid up equity capital of the Company) of the Company acquired from Mr. Dinesh Gupta, member of promoter group of the Company, by way of inter-se transfer, through on market transaction.
