We hereby inform that the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report under Regulation 24A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD1/27/2019 dated 08th February, 2019, is not applicable to our company as the paid up share capital of the company is less than 10 crores and net worth of the company is less than 25 crores as on 31st March, 2024. As per Regulation 15(2) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the compliance with corporate governance provisions as specified in Regulations 17, 17A, 18,19,20, 21,22,23,24,24A and claused (b) to (i) and (t) of sub regulation 2 of Regulation 46 and Para C, D and E of Schedule V shall not apply. Hence, The company is not required to submit Annual Secretarial Compliance report for the financial year ended on March 31, 2024.
