This is to inform you that upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held earlier today i.e. Wednesday, 15th July, 2026, the members of the Rights Issue Committee at their meeting held today, i.e., Wednesday, 15th July, 2026, inter-alia considered that due to some unavoidable circumstances to revoke the Rights Issue which was announced by the Board of Directors of the Company on 7th May, 2026.
