Dear Sirs, With reference to the Circulars issued by BSE vide Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 we would like to inform you that pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by the insiders framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January, 2021 until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the quarter ended on 31.12.2020.
