Galactico Corporate Services Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") has submitted to BSE a copy of Detailed Public Statement in terms of Regulation 3(1) and Regulation 4 read with Regulation 13(4), Regulation 14(3), Regulation 15(2) and other applicable Regulations of the Securties and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, as amended, to the Public Shareholders of iStreet Network Ltd ("Target Company").
