This is to inform that as per the Company''s Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2025 with effect from Wednesday, October 1, 2025 upto the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the said Financial Results.
