This is to inform that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officer/Designated Persons/ Connected persons of the Company from 01 April 2024 till 48 hours after the announcement of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2024.
