In view of declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended 31 December 2024, 'Trading Window' under Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, has been closed for all directors and designated persons from 01 January 2025 and shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours of the announcement of Financial Results by the Company.
