Further, as informed in our letter dated 29 September 2023 the Trading Window has been closed for all directors and designated persons from 01 October 2023 and shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours of the announcement of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2023.
