BCC Fuba India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the proposal of fund raising by way of issuance of equity shares or other permissible securities of the Company through right issue or any other permissible mode.
