Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we had informed the resignation of Mr.Abhishek Paliwal as Secretarial Auditor of the Company with immediate effect. His resignation letter was also attached. In this context, we wish to bring to your kind notice that we had inadvertently missed to furnish the details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No.SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/9/CIR/2023/123 dt.13th July, 2023 the details of which are given in Annexure A.
