This has reference to the intimation dated May 27, 2025 whereby we had informed the stock exchange about convening the meeting of the Board of Directors on May 30, 2025 interalia for, considering and adopting the audited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. We would like to state that the preparation of the accounts and audit thereof is still continuing and hence the Board did not transact the item relating to "Adoption of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025".
