In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of lnsider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto, the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors, Designated Persons and Connected Persons w.e.f. January 1, 2022 till 48 hours after the announcement of Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021. The details of date of Board Meeting for approval of Financial Results for the said quarter shall be intimated in due course.
