Further to our letters dated November 10, 2022 and November 15, 2022 we write to inform you the Committee of the Board at its meeting held today, has approved the allotment of 3,000 Secured, Unlisted, Redeemable, Rated Non-Convertible Debentures having a face value of Rs.10 lakh each aggregating to Rs. 300 crore, on a private placement basis, to Axis Bank Limited having its registered office at "Trishul" - 3rd Floor Opp. Samartheswar temple, Near Law Garden, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad - 380006.
