We refer to our letter dated February 9, 2024, informing about the sale, transfer and assignment of the trademarks, recipes, all intellectual property rights, including all rights, interests, and protections associated therewith, relating to the company''s sugar boiled confectionery business to Reliance Consumer Products Limited, for a consideration of Rs. 27,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Seven Crore). In the said matter, we would further like to inform that owing to receipt of shareholders'' approval and the conditions precedent to the said transaction being satisfied, the above transaction has been completed on March 22, 2024.
