To approve the Un-Audited Financials along with Limited Review Report for the Third Quarter and Nine Months Ended 31st December, 2024 pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement, 2015; 2. To consider and discuss the proposal of Fund raising through Preferential Issue, Right Issue, Warrant Issue, Bonus Issue or any other means; 3.
