GEE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 14th day of February, 2025 to inter alia consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2024. In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from Wednesday, 1st January 2025 till Sunday, 16th February, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of financial results.
