This is to inform you that AU Small Finance Bank Limited ('the Bank') is a Scheduled Commercial Bank in terms of Second Schedule of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 and thus, in terms of Clause 1.2 of the Chapter XII of SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/PoD1/P/CIR/2023/119 dated August 10, 2021 (updated as on July 07, 2023), provisions of Chapter XII are not applicable to the Bank.
