This is with reference to our earlier intimation dated 24th May, 2025 regarding the outcome of Board Meeting held on 24th May, 2025 and NSE email dated 2nd June, 2025. In this regard, we would like to clarify that the Board of Directors of the Company at the said meeting had decided not to recommend the final dividend on the equity shares for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025. Accordingly, the same was not intimated to the stock exchanges in the aforesaid outcome. This is for your reference and records.
