Issue, offer and allot upto 10,00,000 Warrants convertible into 10,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each and at issue price of Rs. 235/- each on preferential basis to the persons belonging to the non-promoter categories of persons at the price as determined in accordance with the provision of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 as amended from time to time, subject to the approval of members.
