Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has received orders from Deputy Commissioner, Tax Payer Services Division, State Goods and Services Tax Department, Kottayam, Kerala and Superintendent, Central GST & Central Excise, Phulwarisharif Range, Bihar imposing penalty on the Company. The above motioned order(s) are related to GST on Input Tax credit availed pertaining to the Financial Year 2017-18. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed herewith.
