Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in continuation to our letter dated May 19, 2024 and May 10, 2024 in this regard, we wish to inform you that the Company has now received rectified order from the Additional Commissioner Grade II Appeal, Corporate Circle-I, State Tax, Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh imposing penalty on the Company. The above mentioned order is related to GST on Input Tax Credit availed as well as GST on Outward Supply. The details of the revised order as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed herewith.
