    Khajuraho Airport in Madhya Pradesh has secured the first position in the country in the 2026 National Customer Satisfaction Index of the Airports Authority of India (AAI), while Raja Bhoj Airport in the capital Bhopal ranked third, an official said. Both airports reaching the top positions in passenger facilities, cleanliness, security and service quality is a major achievement for Madhya Pradesh, he said. Khajuraho Airport Director Santosh Singh, in a statement on Tuesday, said this achievement is crucial for tourism.     Bodies of 15 Indians killed in Vietnam boat accident reach home states

    The bodies of the 15 Indian tourists who were killed in a speedboat accident off Vietnam's Phu Quoc Island reached their home states on Tuesday, the Indian Embassy in Hanoi said. Of the 15 victims, 10 were from Tamil Nadu, three were from Andhra Pradesh and two were from Kerala. The bodies were flown to Mumbai in a Vietnam Airlines flight from Ho Chi Minh City. From Mumbai, the concerned state authorities coordinated with the victims' families to bring them home, officials said. "Our prayers are with the families of the deceased. We pray for strength to the families during these difficult times," the Indian Embassy said in a post on X on Tuesday. It also thanked the concerned authorities in Vietnam and those in the three south Indian states for their assistance.     Bodies of 15 Indians killed in Vietnam boat tragedy to be repatriated today

    The mortal remains of the 15 Indian tourists who were killed in a boat accident off Vietnam's Phu Quoc Island will be repatriated to India later on Monday, the Indian Embassy in Hanoi said. The mission said the mortal remains would be flown from Ho Chi Minh City to Mumbai on Vietnam Airlines flight VN979. "The flight is scheduled to depart Ho Chi Minh City at 1800 hrs local time and arrive at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (BOM) in Mumbai at 2135 hrs IST," it said in a social media post. The embassy said the respective state governments have been informed and requested to coordinate with the affected families for the onward transportation of the mortal remains to their final destinations. Of the 15 victims, 10 were from Tamil Nadu, three were from Andhra Pradesh, and two were from Kerala. Two of the deceased were women.
