Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) regulations, 2015, trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from 1st July, 2024 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ending 30th June, 2024.
