Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Office of the Collector, Pune, Maharashtra, vide letter dated 26.09.2025, has accorded its approval for the sale of the Bopkhel land parcel on payment of a premium of ?130.56 crore subject to certain terms and conditions.
