A dividend of Re. 1 per share (100%) of the face value of Re. 1 each on equity shares of the company has been recommended by the Board of Directors for the financial year ended 31 March 2025. The said dividend if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be credited or dispatched on or before 29 July 2025.
