The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today that is 8th August, 2025 has, interalia, considered and based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Shri Sanjeev Dubey, senior vice president(sales and EHV operations) has been designated as a senior managerial personnel of the company.
