Consolidated Profit after Tax is at Rs 31.8 crore (PY Rs 57.4 crore) after accounting for the exceptional expenses of Rs 25.5 crore including Rs 0.81 crore for the Indian Subsidiary due to incremental provision for gratuity arising from thechange in definition of wages under the New Labour Code (PY: Nil).
