Ketan Vyas & Company, Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term of five consecutive years commencing from financial year 2026-2027 till financial year 2030-2031, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The detailed disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure A; b) The Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 01:00 P.M. IST through Video Conferencing (''VC'') or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM''). The Notice of the AGM and the Annual Report will be released in due course.
