The Board have considered and approved the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2024. Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we hereby submit the requisite documents as attached herewith.
