This is to inform that Take Solutions Limited ('the Company') has received a disclosure December 03, 2025, pursuant to Regulation 7(2)(a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI (Insider Trading) Regulations'), as amended from time to time. The said disclosure pertains to disposal of Equity Shares of the Company by H.R.Srinivasan, who is Promoter and Director of the Company.
