During the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) period, twenty three meetings have been held with the Committee of Creditors (COC) so far and the last such meeting was held on 3rd August 2020. The COC meetings have been held as per the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankcruptcy Code 2016 read with its Regulations. In these meetings, Public Announcement inviting claims, Claims Received, Claims admitted, appointment of Resolution Professional, sharing of information memorandum, discussion of the valuation report and transaction audit report, approval of EOI, Issuance of EOI, approval of Request for Resolution Plan (RFRP), approval of CIRP expenses, discussion on Resolution Plan received, discussion with the Resolution Applicant on the Resolution Plan, were some of the discussions held in these meetings.
