In Compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Insider Trading Prohibition code of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed for all the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from April 01, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024.
